Mechanism of action
- Muscarinic acetylcholine receptorANTAGONIST
Muscarinic acetylcholine receptor antagonist
Terodiline has non-selective anticholinergic and calcium blocking effects within the same concentration range, the anticholinergic effect predominating at low and the calcium entry blocking action at high concentrations.
