- T-cell surface antigen CD4AGONIST
CD4 agonist
Humanised anti-human CD4 IgG1 mAb, which selectively activates regulatory T cells (Tregs) by binding to CD4 and activatiing signalling downstream pathways. Does not induce antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity or complement-dependent cytotoxicity.
Binds epitope in the IgG-like C2 type 1 domain distinct from binding region for other ligands
