Mechanism of action
- Coagulation factor IXINHIBITOR
F9 inhibitor
Blocks the factor VIIIa/IXa¿catalyzed conversion of factor X to factor Xa. Itas antidote. B007, is an oligonucleotide complementary to a portion of RB006 that binds effectively to RB006, thereby neutralizing its anti¿factor IXa activity.
