Mechanism of action
- Interleukin-13INHIBITOR
IL13 inhibitor
IMA-638 allows IL-13 interaction with IL-13Ralpha1 but blocks recruitment of the IL-4Ralpha¿chain to form the high-affinity receptor, inhibiting downstream signal of IL-13/IL-13Ralpha1. Anrukinzumab does not block IL-13 binding to IL-13alpha1 or IL-13alpha2.
