Mechanism of action
TNFSF14 inhibitor
Baminercept binds to both LTBR ligands, namely, a membrane bound heterotrimeric lymphotoxin (LT) form LTalpha1beta2 and the ligand called LIGHT (TNFSF14). It is a dual pathway inhibitor blocking signaling triggered by both membrane LT and LIGHT ligands.
