    LTA inhibitor

    Binds LT-alpha in both the secreted LT-alpha3 and the surface-expressed LT-alpha1beta2, blocking TNFR and LTBR signalling. Depletes LT-alpha¿expressing cells by antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC).
